1. Cancellation Before Work Begins
If you cancel your order before our team has begun working on it, you are entitled to a full refund. Please contact us as soon as possible at support@easyassignments.com to request cancellation.
2. Cancellation After Work Has Started
If work has already commenced on your order, a partial refund may be issued depending on the amount of work completed at the time of cancellation. We will communicate the refund amount within 48 hours of your cancellation request.
3. Quality Disputes
If the delivered work does not meet the original specifications you provided at the time of order, you may request a free revision. If the issue cannot be resolved through revision, we will review the case and may offer a partial or full refund at our discretion.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances: (a) you provided incomplete or incorrect instructions; (b) you submitted the work to your institution before requesting a revision or refund; (c) you changed your requirements after work was completed; (d) the deadline was met as agreed.
5. Deadline Missed by Us
If we fail to deliver your order by the agreed deadline and you have not been notified of a delay, you are entitled to a full refund or a discount on a future order, at your choice.
6. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days via the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
